| Star Williams |
Star's life mission is to empower teens and young adults to be the example in speech, in
life, in love, in faith, and in purity (1 Tim. 4:12). Star inspires youth and adults alike that
once you give your life to Jesus, He can and will keep you through a committed
relationship with Him. She passionately believes in the keeping power of the Holy Spirit (1
Cor. 1:8).
Star Williams is a full-time Minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. She has a passion for
the unreached people groups of the world. She is an author, mentor, motivational speaker,
and Dean of Students for Life Enrichment School of Missions & Theology. Star was
licensed as a minister in June 1999 by Life Enrichment Ministries, and she was ordained
April 2005 at Miracle Temple Church in Seattle, Washington under the direction of Pastors
Donald & Lexxie Jackson, Bishop Otis G. Clark, and Dr. Gwyneth Williams of Life
Enrichment Ministries.
Star is now excited to be living in purpose with passion. She believes and preaches a
message entitled "Life is not a Dress Rehearsal, but the Live Performance"--this is about
living in purpose today, intentionally and with intensity. Star is blessed to be able to travel
all over the world preaching the Good News. She finds great enjoyment and reward
working with students in the School of Missions & Theology, and serving as an associate
pastor at Life Enrichment Evangelistic Epicenter. She stands as a testament of what can
happen when you let go and let God!
Star is also Miss Oklahoma USA 2003, and a Top 10 Semi-finalists in the Miss USA 2003
pageant. In addition to being Miss Oklahoma USA, she is also Miss Black Oklahoma
2001, and was 1st runner up to Miss Black International 2001.
Having a very high AQ (Adversity Quotient), Star is an enthusiastic runner and mountain
climber. She completed a 26.2 mile marathon, and has plans to qualify for the Boston
Marathon. Her favorite mountain to climb over 14,000 feet is Mount Belford in Colorado,
which she climbed in 2004 to the peak. Amongst Star's many gifts include jewelry
designer extraordinaire. Since 2007 Star has successfully operated her own jewelry
company, Lovely Jewelry LLC.
Additional accomplishments include being a radio Co-host of The Talk Show, and
Vice-President of Life Enrichment Ministries, a missions & evangelistic organization. Her
love of missions and the nations has taken her to over 12 countries including Holland,
Japan, France, Costa Rica, Zimbabwe, Mexico, several countries in The West Indies, and
England where she studied Broadcast Journalism and English Literature. Star received
her Bachelor of Arts Degree with a major in Organizational & Interpersonal
Communication from Oral Roberts University in 2003. She graduated Magna Cum Laude.
Over the years, Star has appeared on radio and television programs such as Miss USA
live broadcast, NBC KJRH Tulsa morning show, CNN's Talk Back Live, and twice on Make
Your Day Count with Lindsay Roberts.
Her passion includes being a light and life to people by giving hope to the hopeless, love
to the unlovely, and Christ to those who will receive him. Star lives her life based on
Jeremiah 29:11, and strongly believes that God has GREAT plans for each and every
person.
Star enjoys speaking to and motivating young people to persevere and live a victorious life
to fulfill God's perfect will for their lives. She continues to inspire and challenge people
worldwide to live a life in full abandonment to God.
