Star's life mission is to empower teens and young adults to be the example in speech, in life, in love, in faith, and in purity (1 Tim. 4:12). Star inspires youth and adults alike that once you give your life to Jesus, He can and will keep you through a committed relationship with Him. She passionately believes in the keeping power of the Holy Spirit (1 Cor. 1:8).

 

Star is a full-time Minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. She has a passion for the unreached people groups of the world. She is a Bible teacher, author, mentor, and Dean of Students for Life Enrichment School of Missions and Theology. Star was licensed as a minister in June 1999 and ordained April 2005 by Life Enrichment Ministerial Association. 

 

She is blessed to travel all over the world preaching the Good News. Her love of missions and the nations has taken her to serveral countries including Holland; Japan; France; Costa Rica; Zimbabwe; Mexico; The West Indies; and England where she studied Broadcast Journalism and English Literature. Star received her Bachelor of Arts Degree with a major in Organizational and Interpersonal Communication from Oral Roberts University. She graduated Magna Cum Laude.

 

She is a former Miss Oklahoma USA, and a Top 10 Semi-finalists in the Miss USA pageant. In addition, she held the title of Miss Black Oklahoma and was 1st runner up to Miss Black International. Star enjoys prayer walking, running, hiking, and designing jewelry. She hosts a weekly radio broadcast, Building Godly & Healthy Relationships. She equips people to live out their Christian faith, becoming a shining light for Jesus. Star passionately affirms Jeremiah 29:11 and Matthew 6:33 and strongly believes that God has great plans for each and every person that is fulfilled through seeking the Lord Jesus in full abandonment to God.
