Kelly Pyle is the second vice-president of the Advisory
Board. Kelly is a state counselor and has worked with Life
Enrichment since 1987. He has been to England & France
with Life Enrichment. His area of expertise is distributing
Gospel literature. Kelly is responsible for sending literature
to 6 continents. He sends over 3 tons of literature every
year. Kelly has three children and lives in Tulsa,
Oklahoma.

Mission was incorporated in 1933 and Life Enrichment
was incorporated in 1984. Bishop Clark oversees Life
Enrichment Ministries with a Holiness Mission. He
continues to carry on the mission and vision of seeing
the Holy Spirit imparted to all generation, nations,

Mike Jestes is the Oklahoma Family Policy Council's
executive director. Acting out of his strong personal
concern for the health of Oklahoma's families, Mike left a
successful business career of 20 years and joined the
Oklahoma Family Policy Council full-time in November,
1998. Mike and his wife, Donna, are the parents of three
grown children. Because of his deep concern for young
people, Mr. Jestes, by gubernatorial appointment, served
for eight years as the chairman—on a volunteer basis—of
the State Advisory Group on Juvenile Justice and
Deliquency Prevention. As a result of his experience, he
presently serves on the Oklahoma County Juvenile Board.
Mike also currently serves part-time on the pastoral staff of
his church, where he directs a large number of young
people who, among other activities, serve schoolchildren
and teachers weekly in several of the inner-city public

to be a life coach. He runs a leadership/motivational
company. He is a gifted motivator. Since 1998 Sean has
been committed to equipping and empowering people to
truly live life, not just go through life. Sean has a unique
understanding of this, as he is a prime example of God's
redemptive process coming from a life of pain and bad
choices into the abundant life that God has promised.
